Meet The Committee

Joined the Club in 1996, initially running the line, when his son played for the U5s. Became Assistant Manager the following year and helped the team through to senior football 13 years later. Treasurer in 2003 and Chairman in 2006. He has seen the significant benefits that children get from playing team football in a safe and friendly environment, that's why he does what he does for the Club. Outside of football, Andy is a Business Coach, Governor at Sidcot School and ardent Spurs fan. "It's the hope that hurts!"

Joined the club during Lockdown 1 in 2020 to form the under 9's.  Currently manages the under 13s mixed team as well as assuming responsibility for the junior side of the football club.  

Outside of football, Guillaume is a keen cyclist and is patriotic to his French heritage.

Supports - Arsenal, Bristol City and Les Bleus

Joined the club in 2004, helping coach, collect balls etc with his eldest sons U6 team at the time. Progressing to managing his youngest son’s team when he started to play for the U7s in 2009. Steve has managed all ages from U7-U16 and our Colts and Reserve teams at Senior level. Becoming Vice Chairman in 2017 and moving to Director of Football at the start of this season while achieving his FA level 2 coaching badge in 2014. Steve says 'This is a fantastic, friendly football club which offers a safe environment for all to develop both their football and social skills.' Moving from London in 1996 Steve brings a little Gezzaness to the Club.

Joined the club in 2021, helping coach the minis. Now manages the U9s, plays for the Vets and has set up the club’s first ever Girls team…with more to follow in the near future!

Passionate supporter of Liverpool and the local cider businesses

First got involved in the club 3 years ago watching his two sons play. Matt wanted to support the club so took on the role of secretary this year.  He really enjoys watching the kids play football as it distracts him from the frustrations of supporting Manchester United”

Stuart joined the club 10 years ago as an under 6's coach he now coaches the under 16's and 18's and oversees their progress into the senior teams.

In his spare time, you will find him running up steep hills or mountains.

Represents 50% of the Everton supporters in Winscombe.

Joined Hughie Fountains elite junior team in the mid 70s winning several trophies on the way .     Played for all 3 senior teams and made his 1st team debut under the management team of Micky Stephens and Maurice Phillips aged 17.(in the old black and white days 😬)
Also managed all 3 senior teams having lots of success with all of them but most notable was promotion to county one and Somerset cup win during his 6 years in charge of the 1st team.

Known for his crazy race night fundraising events for the club and was honoured to be asked to be president for the clubs centenary following in the footsteps of some past legends of the club

Emma first joined the club in 2017 when her son started football.   She has found it a real pleasure getting to watch him grow and develop within the club as well as getting to know the parents on the sidelines!  Emma wanted the opportunity to give back to club so took on the welfare role in 2023.  Her background is working with young people as well as running youth groups in the village so feels it is  great to use those skills at the club and be part of the team.
